The Unique 3-in-1 Therapy
What is Ultrasound?
Ultrasound is sound waves which have frequencies above the human hearing range. The highest frequency that the human ear can detect is about 20,000 Hertz. Our human ear is not able to hear beyond this range of frequency.
Ultrasound is commonly used in electronics, navigational equipment as well as in industrial, security and medical applications.
Ultrasound in medical applications
Ultrasound imaging is commonly used as a diagnostic procedure that uses high frequency sound waves that produce dynamic images or sonograms of our organs, tissues or blood flow inside our body. For instance, prenatal ultrasound examinations are done by obstetricians to check size, location and age of the fetuses as well as to check the indications of birth defects, fetal movement, breathing and heartbeat.
Ultrasound apart from being used to examine or detect abnormalities in other parts of the body such as abdomen, breasts, female reproductive system, prostate, heart and blood vessels, it is increasingly being used to detect and treat heart disease, heart attacks, vascular diseases and joint pains and stiffness.
Ultrasound in beauty applications
Through the use of ultrasound, skin metabolism is activated and waste products are removed more effectively; as a result, the skin cells can absorb and store more moisture again. The skin tone and texture looks younger. In addition, the skin becomes smoother and firmer.
Excellent results can also be obtained in the regeneration treatment of the face, bust and whole body. The effective flushing out of waste products makes ultrasound treatment a modern method of dealing with cellulite.
Far Infrared Ray Therapy
What is Far Infrared Ray?
However, we cannot see infrared rays with our naked eyes. Infrared rays are electromagnetic waves which have longer wavelengths as compared to visible light. The sun is the primary source of these waves. But these infrared rays produce warming effects on objects when they are absorbed.
Infrared rays can be divided into Near Infrared, Medium Infrared and Far Infrared Ray (FIR) depending on their wavelength.
Applications of FIR
Far Infrared rays are most beneficial rays to our health. FIR therapy has been in existence for more than 3,000 years; for instance Palm Healing has been in practice in China thousands of years ago. Our bodies radiate far infrared energy through the skin at 3 to 50 microns. Our palms also emit FIR energy between 8 to 14 microns.
FIR has a deep penetrating effect; it can penetrate through the skin into the subcutaneous tissues, thus improving blood circulation, metabolism, flushing out bodily toxins from the body as well as improving the vitality of the cells.
Besides, the warm thermal effect within the deep layers of the tissues causes blood vessels and capillaries to dilate, thus promoting better blood circulation.
Far Infrared energy has found its way into many medical devices that are used by doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physiotherapists and massage therapists to treat arthritis, joint pains, stiff muscles, injuries to tendon and ligaments as well as to promote faster self- healing of the body.
What is Ozone?
Ozone can be created in a natural way either by solar radiation or by electrical charges like lightning during a thunderstorm. Basically ozone is created when oxygen (O2) molecules are split into two separate atoms by ultraviolet radiation from the sun or lightning. The freed atoms recombined in a 3 atoms grouping to form ozone; hence it is called O3.
Applications of Ozone
Ozone is one of the most powerful natural sanitizers and deodorizers known to science. It is able to eliminate odors and harmful substances. That’s why after a thunderstorm, the air is clean and fresh due to the formation of ozone.
For that, ozone is becoming the oxidant of choice for many air and water applications from food processing, odor abatement and food storage to drinking water purification. When ozone is used to deodorize and sanitize rooms, the air in the room stays fresh and the surface areas are disinfected, reducing the risk of possible bacterial infections.
The power of Ozone – ozone is 51 times as powerful as chlorine (the oxidizer most commonly used by food processors; it is 3,000 times faster at killing bacteria and other micro- organism.
Another plus factor – while the use of chlorine can be a potential pollutant to the environment, ozone, on the other hand, is seen among manufacturers as a safer cleaning chemical. application increasing being used in the health and beauty
Ozone is also a whitening agent. It does not mask or conceal the color but decolorizes the colored substance altogether. Most importantly, it does not produce any substance that can pollute the environment. As such, ozone has found its application increasing being used in the health and beauty industry.
Ozone therapy is increasingly being considered an alternative and complementary therapy in most European countries. The United States of America has recently passed the Alternative Therapy Legislation which has made ozone therapy an option for patients in some states.
