Delivery of Orders
1. All goods are delivered within 3-5 working days after full payment has been received.
2. The 3- 5 working days delivery period does not apply to:
i. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays;
ii. International Orders);
iii. Special Order Items;
iv. Pre-order Items.
3. If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a new delivery date.
- Delivery charges are determined by the total weight / dimension of the products ordered, secured wrapping and packing cost, as well as any handling cost from our warehouse to logistic service provider.
- Clients will be informed by e-mail and/or SMS once their orders are shipped together with the delivery tracking number of the logistic service provider.
When your shipment arrives
- When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect the merchandise on the same day as delivered. If there are any issues, please contact us at email@example.com immediately.
- Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it.
